Homebody was born from my vision to create an accessible, deeply nourishing resource for the Grey Bruce region. In these unpredictable and often overwhelming times, I’ve found that massage therapy is one of the most essential ways I return to myself. It’s how I resource my body and spirit so I can continue to show up in the world with presence and care.
When everything feels like too much and I can’t remember the last time I took a deep breath, laying down on the massage table becomes a sanctuary. It’s a space I trust. A space where it feels safe to soften, to breathe, and to come back to my body. It’s an honour to offer that space to you.
When we’re depleted— or when pain moves from the background to the forefront of our lives— our patience thins, our capacity wanes. It becomes harder to show up for the people we love, and harder still to care for ourselves in meaningful, responsible ways. We all deserve to feel deeply taken care of. We all need moments of rest, of stillness, of genuine support—so that we can gather the energy it takes to face another day with clarity and courage.

I graduated from the Ontario College of Health and Technology in 2020 and have been registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario ever since. I've always been deeply curious about the human experience, and over the years, I’ve pursued education in a variety of fields at many different institutions. This wide-ranging exploration has shaped a well-rounded, holistic perspective—one that continues to inform my approach to care.
I’ve completed additional training in craniosacral therapy (not currently practicing), Dolphin Neurostim MPS therapy, and manual lymphatic drainage. My professional path has brought me into collaboration with practitioners in physiotherapy, chiropractic care, acupuncture, osteopathy, and fellow massage therapists. Working in multidisciplinary clinics has expanded my understanding of the body’s healing potential, and I bring that collaborative spirit into my one-on-one work with clients.
As a child, I was captivated by the scientific method, and I still bring that sense of curiosity and gentle experimentation into my practice today. I believe that care is never one-size-fits-all. I love working alongside clients to uncover what kind of support best meets their needs, goals, and daily realities. Whether that’s building a plan together with home-care tools and strategies, or simply offering a quiet space to unwind and receive—my intention is always to leave you feeling informed, supported, and empowered.
Fun fact: My first paid “job” was massaging my older sister after her shifts at her very first workplace. (She’s pictured here with me!)
