Homebody was born from my vision to create an accessible and deeply nourishing resource for the Grey Bruce region.

As life becomes increasingly demanding, unpredictable and overwhelming, creating rituals to nourish ourselves is more essential than ever.

If we want to be present, generous and loving versions of ourselves, we need to resource our bodies and spirit. When we’re depleted— or when pain moves from the background to the forefront of our lives— our patience thins and our capacity wanes. We need to rest, tend to our pain and tension, and create spaces where we can soften. We all need to feel deeply taken care of.

It’s an honour to offer that space to you.

Jessica Fenbow, RMT

I graduated from the Ontario College of Health and Technology in 2020 and have been registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario ever since. I've always been deeply curious about the human experience, and over the years, I’ve pursued education in a variety of fields at many different institutions. This wide-ranging exploration has shaped a well-rounded, holistic perspective—one that continues to inform my approach to care.

I’ve completed additional training in craniosacral therapy (not currently practicing), Dolphin Neurostim MPS therapy, and manual lymphatic drainage. My professional path has brought me into collaboration with practitioners in physiotherapy, chiropractic care, acupuncture, osteopathy, and fellow massage therapists. Working in multidisciplinary clinics has expanded my understanding of the body’s healing potential, and I bring that collaborative spirit into my one-on-one work with clients.

As a child, I was captivated by the scientific method, and I still bring that sense of curiosity and gentle experimentation into my practice today. I believe that care is never one-size-fits-all. I love working alongside clients to uncover what kind of support best meets their needs, goals, and daily realities. Whether that’s building a plan together with home-care tools and strategies, or simply offering a quiet space to unwind and receive—my intention is always to leave you feeling informed, supported, and empowered.

Fun fact: My first paid “job” was massaging my older sister after her shifts at her very first workplace. (She’s pictured here with me!)
